Millie was just an ordinary girl who worked at a matcha cafe on the shore side of the sea. She enjoyed walking in the mornings and watching the sunrise at the beach before going to her shift at the cafe and when her shift ended, she loves to go by the beach again to watch the sunset and just enjoy the environment. She’s always been very into the ocean and sea creatures specifically sharks but one day as she was going on her morning walk to go watch the sunrise at the beach before her shift, she sat down on the sand as she watched when she noticed that a sea creature was stuck in some plastic in the water. She decided to go and try to help it as she tried to pull the plastic off the sea creature she ended up getting tangled up herself, setting free the creature who swam away leaving her to slowly fall into the ocean drowning little by little thinking “is this the end?” As she closed her eyes and decided this was her fate. She felt something staring at her as she opened her eyes, she saw the most beautiful black tip shark in front of her. the black tip shark touched the forehead of the drowning girl so that it could speak to her through telepathy. As the shark began to speak to her it let her know that it was a spirit of the ocean, and that it had seen that she had sacrificed her own life for the life of another and thus made her selfless. due to the shark seeing this happen it began to speak to Millie, explaining that her act of kindness would not go in vain, and that its spirit would live on in her as long as she promised to keep the sea creatures of the ocean safe she would still be able to go back to her life and still live her normal life as she did before, but also make time for the ocean. to this Millie shook her head in agreement then a glowing bright light hit in the ocean as the spirit went into Millie‘s body thus giving her a tail and fins and gills to breathe underwater. Ever since then Millie has become one of the many spirits of the ocean and will forever bring comfort to both humans and sea creatures 🦈🌿
